At Chorechimps, we are committed to providing reliable and effective Virtual Assistant (VA) services that support your business needs. Client satisfaction is important to us, and this policy outlines how refunds are handled fairly and transparently.
Refund Eligibility
We offer a refund to clients who are not satisfied with their assigned Virtual Assistant’s performance, subject to a thorough review and assessment by our team.
To be eligible for a refund:
- The request must be submitted within the agreed evaluation or trial period.
- The client must provide clear and reasonable feedback explaining the performance concerns.
- The VA must have been given sufficient time, access, and instructions to perform the assigned tasks.
Review and Assessment Process
Once a refund request is received:
- Our team will review the concerns raised by the client.
- We will assess task scope, communication, expectations, and delivered output.
- Where appropriate, we may first offer corrective support or a VA replacement.
If, after this assessment, we determine that the VA’s performance did not meet agreed standards, a refund will be issued.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be granted if:
- Issues result from unclear instructions, shifting expectations, or lack of communication
- Performance is affected by missing access, tools, or approvals from the client
- Services are discontinued without allowing time for review or resolution
- Work completed falls outside the agreed scope without prior approval
Refund Method and Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your payment provider.
